- Support the Director as the Change SME to lead the evolution of their business
- Opportunity to develop automation and digitalisation capabilities
- 12-month contract, c$220,000 package
- You will be joining an Australian supply chain business, a house-hold name that has been experiencing strong growth over a sustained period. As their Change Lead, you’ll drive Finance Transformation for the business through automation, digitalisation, and process excellence.
- As the Change SME, you will achieve your goals of maturing business processes such as Procure to Pay and Claims Management through dissecting existing processes, identifying improvements and re-building them into efficient and effective activities using best-in-class tools and systems.
- You will make genuine impact by bringing your experience and expertise to the fore, with no fear to roll up your sleeves and get into your work. Your ability to communicate effectively and bring others along in the journey will also be key to defining your success in the role.
- This role will give you the opportunity to highlight your capabilities in IBP - Integrated Business Planning to design improved ways of working and allow you to demonstrate your skills in developing market leading business processes. Your partnering and collaborative skills will also enable you to work effectively with other change agents across the business to ensure change impacts are co-ordinated at an organisational level.- The company is Sydney based, has a great culture and is open to discussing program delivery incentives for the right change agent.-
