**The Role**:
Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager, the Economic Modelling Analyst is responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality price, revenue, customer and economic impact modelling. This role will provide assistance as required on projects and initiatives across the broader Pricing and Regulation team.

This will be achieved through:

- Undertaking financial and pricing modelling including assessing impacts on various customer groups.
- Preparing briefings, reports and submissions on various regulatory and industry reform issues.
- Contributing to preparation of annual regulatory accounts and Corporate Plan.
- Development of demand and revenue forecasts in consultation with the retail companies/ developer forecasting.
- Reviewing and analysing alternative price structures.

Please note that this is a fixed-term contract until September 2025.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Strong financial modelling skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to be a lateral thinker
- Experience with large Excel financial models and possess advanced Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience within a large and complex commercial corporate environment
- Experience working in a regulatory environment, the water industry, other utilities or infrastructure is desirable.

Your excellent communication skills along with your ability to manage prioritisation of tasks and communicate where dependencies exist will be keys to this role.
