As our sustained growth continues, we are looking for an experienced and flexible Videographer to support our Marketing team and active construction sites. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be utilising innovative technology to capture the construction progress across projects. You will work on a casual basis for 8-12 hours/week, typically on Mondays and another (varying) day. We are a fast-paced and growing company, looking for passionate people that thrive on success and take pride in the quality of their work. Creative, innovative thinkers with strong learning mindsets make up our existing team - and we set out to bring aboard the same.

What you will do:

- Complete management of construction project progress video production (scheduling, content curation, videography, editing, approvals, release)
- Drone aerial videography and photography
- Engage Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator for editing
- Collaborate on content with the Marketing
- Navigate our construction sites in PPE with appropriate video equipment
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for video content

What you will bring:

- Proven experience in a similar project videography role
- Licensed, high-quality camera, drone and lapel microphone preferred
- Exposure to the construction industry / built environment advantageous but not essential
- Strong videography hardware and operation skills inclusive of drones
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe software including Premier Pro, After Effects and Illustrator
- Capacity to film, edit, and produce video content within a 24-hour window
- Own vehicle for travel to various sites across Melbourne
- Current Drivers License
- A proactive, can-do, positive attitude, with great client management and interpersonal skills
