We are looking for a self-motivated and passionate **Recruitment Advisor **to join our team.

Reporting to the Professional Services Recruitment Manager, this role works flexibly between the recruitment administration and recruitment advisor functions providing high end support to both while maintaining a small portfolio of roles.

This role would suit someone who is organised and proactive, with the ability to be flexible in their workday to address urgent items as needed.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role for a **fixed term of six months**. Located at our corporate office in South Guildford, WA.

**To be successful the following is required**:

- Relevant experience in recruitment, recruitment administration or recruitment resourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, discretion, sound judgement, high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Robust organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities
- Ability to interact professionally and have clear communication with all levels of stakeholders.
- Exceptional grammar, verbal and written communications skills, with high attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
