They now have an opportunity for an experienced credit officer to join their dynamic team and offering the necessary training and development which will enable you to gain a better understanding of your key clients and work demands.
- **The Role**:
Reporting to the Credit Manager your daily duties will include however not be limited to;- Managing your own ledger of approximately 1500 accounts
- Collection and management of overdue accounts
- Reducing DSO’s
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Prompt & efficient handling of all disputes and enquiries and recognising cash flow issues
- Update and maintain accurate master data of accounts
- Assist with month end processes, ensure the sub ledgers are aligned with GL

You must have excellent customer service skills and possess good verbal and communication skills. Ability to effectively reduce DSO’s and manage your own ledger along with;- Previous credit experience within a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and ready to take on a challenge
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Display confidence when liaising with key stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Fast and accurate processing skills
- SAP experience will be highly regarded
