**Overview**

The **Women’s & Children’s Health Network** provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia. We are the state’s leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA’s largest maternity and obstetric service.

Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Yarrow Place Rape and Sexual Assault Service team as an **Administrative Officer** in a **part time (22.5 hours per week) capacity** until **30 June 2024**.

The Administration Officer is accountable for contributing to a confidential reception and effective administrative service for Yarrow Place Rape & Sexual Assault Service. Providing an effective frontline reception/administration services to support Yarrow Place Rape & Sexual Assault staff and clients.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should have:
> Ability to communicate with tact and discretion with all clients of the service, and to provide an empathic response to victims of rape and sexual assault.

> Ability to manage stress and responses to emotionally demanding content.

> Ability to communicate well with professional and non-professional staff of all levels, within the service and in other organisations

> Experience in undertaking secretarial, administrative and clerical work

> Experience in providing a confidential reception and administrative support service

> Experience in in data entry and the use of databases
