Telstra Store Plenty Valley - Westfield Plenty Valley, Shop 120, 415 McDonalds Rd, Mill Park VIC 3082
Multiple Casual Positions Available
Store Hours: Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday & Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am
- 5.00pm, Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm
- Duties
Provide quality customer service to all customers
Maximise sales by providing latest product and service information to our customers.
Achieve sales and performance targets
Ensure store presentation is in line with retail shop standards
- Skills and experience
Experience in a customer facing role
Proven record of delivering great customer experiences
Ability to solve complex problems
Effective communication skills
Previous experience in a customer facing environment is highly advantageous
