- **Our Join our clients as Facilities Officer at their Pinkenba facility for a 3-month contract**

**What you will be doing?**

For this position our client as vacancy for a 6-week contract to provide support to the facilities team. Some duties can include general administration, facilities administration, contract management, and provide essential reporting.

**Who will you be working with?**

Our client has been investing in Australian agriculture for almost 100 years, supplying leading brands backed by expert advice in the areas of seeds and plant biotechnology, crop protection and non-agricultural pest control. They have an inclusive, diverse and growing working environment and are currently looking for leave cover to provide site support and administration relief to the team

**What will you be doing?**
- EA type responsibilities, including, travel bookings, memos, and formatting documents.
- Assisting with procurement-based responsibilities, raising purchase requests, invoicing, reconciliation of purchase orders, accounts management
- Facilities administration, restock stationary, cleaning, kitchen supplies as well as organising catering when required.
- Document management and providing support to the small tea when required

**What do you need?**
- 1 year experience with a similar role
- Cert II in Business Administration
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- SAP experience would be beneficial.
