**In this role, you'll**:
Support our Regional and Outer Metropolitan division by using data to identify opportunities for network and service performance improvements to make a positive impact on customer experience on our network.
This role will give you the opportunity to get involved in a broad range of initiatives such creating important decision-driving dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI; analysing big datasets using SQL, Python or FME; building complex traffic models to assist transport planning decisions; and design intricate and interactive maps using geospatial analysis.
This 6 month temporary opportunity will see you join a supportive, collaborative that allows you to work from anywhere in NSW.

**About you**
- Your experience in data analysis, geospatial analysis and / or traffic modelling will allow you to identify road safety, transport and traffic management, and network management deficiencies across the division.
- Your aptitude and desire to undertake new work and learn new skills will allow you to work across a variety of initiatives, and work collaboratively within the team and the wider division.
- Your ability to work autonomously and drive your own workload will see you succeed working remotely within this geographically dispersed team.
