We have a part-time opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team to support the day-to-day operational administration and accounts, working together with our team to secure the efficient and positive growth of the company. This role is to support the full-time Financial Administrator.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administrative support functions.
- Data entry for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Generation of purchase orders.
- Preparation of EFT payment runs (weekly and ad-hoc).
- Processing of all payments and receipts.
- Data entry and reconciliation of company credit cards.
- Assistance in end-of-month processes.
- Perform daily bank, and credit card reconciliations and generate debtors’ reports.
- Assist in financial data entry, including expense tracking and reconciliations.
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
- Respond to internal financial inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Assisting in phone answering duties.
- Fulfilling other duties as directed by the Financial Administrator.
- Completion of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Involvement in the month-end process as required.
- Continuous Improvement: have input into defining and automating our processes.
- Get paid for higher duties when covering the full-time Financial Administrator's leave.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Focus on meeting deadlines and achieving results.
- Knowledge of Xero and Eclipse is preferable.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of accounts administration.
- Organisational Skills: effectively manage tasks and time, prioritising accordingly.
- Proactive: taking initiative to address tasks and challenges.
- Team Player: enjoys and thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Relationship Building: strong people skills and ability to build relationships with our team members and customers.
- Adaptable: interested in growing and learning as our business processes change.

**The Details**
- **Hours**: Part-time, 3 days (Tuesday-Thursday) per week.
- ** Location**: Ballarat, Victoria, Australia. To be considered, you must have permanent rights to work in Australia.
- ** Salary**: $80,000 pro rata.
- ** Commencement**: Immediate start.
