**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate fit-out works on-site, including carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, and other interior finishes.
- Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards for all fit-out activities.
- Manage and inspire a team of fit-out trades workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and identify any fit-out defects or issues.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to achieve desired fit-out finishes and project goals.
- Monitor budgetary requirements and resource allocation for fit-out work, optimising cost-efficiency without compromising quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or similar role in fit-out projects within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of fit-out trades and techniques, including carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, etc.
- Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards specific to fit-out works.
- Relevant trade qualification or certification in Construction or a related field.
- Ability to read and interpret fit-out plans, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
