**The Company**

Our client is one of Australia’s best performing Builder, Developers and Property Companies. They have an exciting workbook planned, recently announcing record sales for their growing portfolio of high-end residential towers.

**The Role**

Due to this continued success, they are looking to finish off two projects ahead of schedule in central Brisbane. We have been asked to provide Finishing Foremen options for both, one based in East Brisbane and another West of the CBD.

These luxury multi-level towers require someone with extensive experience working with high end finishes. You will be responsible for driving large teams’ of subcontractors, surpassing Safety, Program and Quality Targets.

**About you**

You will be a Carpenter by trade, hold a QBCC Site Supervisors License and have a keen eye for detail. Your short range programming will allow for lightening productivity without compromising on quality or safety.

This would suit someone who has worked in a Tier 1 or 2 contractor in a Finishing Foreman role for 5 years +.
