**Position Descriptor**:
Mount Barker High School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed teacher to be based in the schools 'Learning Hub' space that supports students with additional needs who access IESP funding in years 7 - 12 across the mainstream school. The teacher is responsible for the designing and implementing inclusive programs which contribute to the achievement of educational outcomes of students with disabilities. Knowledge in using ACARA for programming, writing accurate One Plans, Modified SACE and differentiation strategies are an advantage across all learning areas. There is a requirement for the successful applicant to have the ability to support the school with improvement through the implementation of 21st Century highly effective teaching pedagogies. The teacher needs skills and understanding using data to measure impact, growth in students learning, and the ability to work collaboratively and be prepared to undertake training in Positive Education.- Please note that part time and flexible arrangements will be considered.**Site**:
