**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**-Establishing, executing, and overseeing production strategies, policies, and plans.
- **Team Management**-Managing the operation of production facilities and quality procedures through maintenance planning, setting operating hours, and ensuring the availability of parts and tools.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present production reports; analyzing metrics such as output, cost, efficiency, and quality. Managing staff activities and evaluating their performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment by working with our in-house ISO Officer.
- **Stakeholder Management**-Work closely with other departments & managers to align production updates and goals with business objectives.
- **Equipment Maintenance**-Supervising the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment.
- **Process Improvement**-Analyze production techniques and research as well as implement improvements.
- **Cost Control**-Own your production budget and make adjustments to processes and resources to minimize expenses.
- **Training**-Provide written operating procedures and to manage the live standard operating procedure manual.

**The Ideal Applicant**:

- 2 years of relevant experience with verifiable references
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving complete client satisfaction and customer experience
- Production Management Experience
- Vehicle build-up/accessory fitting experience

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Belmont, WA 6104: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
