THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**

We are looking for a part-time Team Manager / Co-Agent to Henry Gower-Tillett, who will work alongside and with Henry to manage his business including client liaison, dealing with buyer enquiries, diary management, and ensuring a superior client experience. This role will be offered as 4 days per week (0.8 FTE), including Saturdays as required.

There are so many exciting things happening at HARRIS. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will also be responsible for.
- Managing the team’s properties from listing to settlement
- Preparation for appraisals and selling proposals
- Pricing property
- Attending open inspections on Saturday’s when required
- Running of the morning meeting
- Coordinating styling, trades, client appointments

**_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _**

- A current Real Estate licence (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a real estate sales / administration role
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Demonstrated initiative, and confidence with the real estate sales process
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
- A positive attitude to providing 6-star client service at every touch point
