With his extensive experience in real estate, this is an exciting opportunity to learn how the top performers operate over a 12-month contract, with the potential for an extension or permanent opportunity within the team as a Co-Agent.

THE ROLE YOU COULD PLAY _**We are looking for a part-time Team Manager / Co-Agent to Henry Gower-Tillett, who will work alongside and with Henry to manage his business including client liaison, dealing with buyer enquiries, diary management, and ensuring a superior client experience.

This role will be offered as 4 days per week (0.8 FTE), including Saturdays as required.

There are so many exciting things happening at HARRIS. Within our fast-paced and innovative environment, in this role you will also be responsible for.

  • Managing the team's properties from listing to settlement
  • Preparation for appraisals and selling proposals
  • Pricing property
  • Attending open inspections on Saturday's when required
  • Running of the morning meeting
  • Coordinating styling, trades, client appointments

_ WHAT YOU WILL BRING _

We would love to meet you if you have:

  • A current Real Estate licence (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a real estate sales / administration role
  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated initiative, and confidence with the real estate sales process
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
  • A positive attitude to providing 6star client service at every touch point
