Full-Time Information Coordinator
- $70,000 - $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation

On behalf of Reformed Corporation Pty Ltd a provider of residential and commercial fencing solutions in MARRICKVILLE NSW 2204, we are conducting a search for a dedicated and skilled information coordinator.

**Current Opening**:
This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

Position Responsibilities and Tasks

**Planning the daily deliveries within company policies**
- Collect relevant data from internal (e.g. sales reports, project management tools, inventory databases) and external (e.g. economic research reports, industry benchmarks) sources.
- Organise collected data into structured formats such as spreadsheets, databases or data visualisation tools, dividing into categories for easy reference.
- Develop and maintain an information keeping system to efficiently store, organise, manage and access data, ensuring security and compliance with industry regulations.
- Use statistical and mathematical tools to analyse various company data, including sales trends, project performance metrics and inventory turnover rates, to identify trends, patterns and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) summarising key findings and create visualisations such as charts, graphs and dashboards to effectively communicate complex data insights.
- Present actionable insights derived from data analysis to stakeholders during meetings or presentations to support operational improvements and business growth initiatives.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.
- Analyse and advise improvement options on existing organisational policies and methods to achieve greater efficiency.
- Recommend updates to workplace health and safety, including protocols for hazard identification, risk assessment and incident reporting.
- Advise improvements to current quality assurance and control policies, including procedures for materials testing, inspections and quality audits.
- Review the organisational structure, decision-making frameworks and workflow processes and recommend adjustments such as changes in reporting lines, team structures or job roles.
- Provide comprehensive advice to senior management on the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of new policies to achieve desired outcomes.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum Certificate III in business administration or higher, management or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information effectively
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $80,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
