THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager our Coopers Plains team is searching for a Despatch Supervisor to lead the daily execution of our transport plan. You will be ensuring exceptional customer service results while upholding CSR's safety standards and adhering to the chain of responsibility.

**About the role**:

- Support the QLD transport operations to deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers within Australia and New Zealand.
- Review daily plans from central planning team and ensure site resources are adequate to execute.
- Liaise with warehouse operations teams to make sure that the pick activity is on track to meet transport schedules.
- Drive COR compliance and any legislation that impacts transport of goods including load restraint requirements, driver fatigue and HVNL.
- Ensure timely turnaround of truck on site through diligent labour planning and management of despatch loading activities.

**About you**:

- 2- 3 years in a similar role.
- Demonstratable delivery of successful tactical transport improvements.
- Chain of Responsibility experience is essential.
- Experience with a Transport Management System is preferred.
