Intereach is an NDIS Partner in the Community, delivering Local Area Coordination in the Loddon, Mallee, Goulburn and Murrumbidgee regions.

**About the Role**:

- Local Area Coordination (LAC) services provide planning and coordination for people with a disability to maximise their choice and control over the services they receive and provide access to mainstream services. The Local Area Coordination program also works with key stakeholders to support engagement of local communities and build capacity of mainstream supports to be accessible and inclusive of people with disability and their families.We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the position of Program Manager. The role will provide operational management and staff leadership to support the development of a diverse and experienced team of Local Area Coordinators.

This is a full-time position - 38 hours per week and can be based in Bendigo or Gisborne.

This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 6.1 with an annual salary of $97 000 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
