**About Us**:
At Primacy Group Australia, our focus is on providing high-quality disability support services to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our mission is to radically change the way that we support participants through delivering respectful social and community support services through our brands Primacy Care Australia, Recovery Plus Support and Disability Premium Support. We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our growing team in National Office based in Cranbourne.

**About You**:
Your primary goals will be to achieve marketing objectives, enhance brand visibility, improve staff retention, foster community engagement, expand social media followings for all brands and drive customer acquisition.

Our Marketing Department is critical in driving the success of the Primacy Group Australia's marketing initiatives, and as such, you should possess the necessary skills, experience and passion to excel in this role.

**Your key responsibilities while undertaking this role will include**:

- Creation of written, photographic and videographic content.
- Branding and design for internal and external marketing collateral.
- Social media marketing.
- Website maintenance and Google ad campaigns.
- Creating brand content for the business' various services.
- Attending, coordinating and researching events within the Community. Services Sector to enhance brand visibility and networking for the business
- Digital marketing as well as reporting on marketing data metrics.
- Continuous research of the market and industry as well as keeping up to date with practices, emerging digital trends and identifying new opportunities to enhance the organisation's online presence and reputation.

You will have demonstrated experience in marketing or a similar role with the ability to design and created effective marketing collateral. You will hold a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business or a related field. A Certificate in Digital Marketing will be desired. An understanding of mental health and disability and of the NDIS will be highly regarded as well as experience in a serviced based marketing role.

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
