**The Opportunity**:
As an Educator at Guardian Rochdale South, you will work closely with your fellow educators and the Centre Manager, enjoying:

- Building meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Implementing an innovative early learning program that reflects current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing children's learning and development with families.
- Contributing actively to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.

To be considered, you will need:

- A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services.
- Prior experience in long day-care.
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
