**About Us**:
Rochedale State School is committed to the learning development of the whole student, preparing students to be active and responsible global citizens with an inquiring mind. Our school curriculum focuses on the National Curriculum with Chinese and French being our languages other than English. Our IB learning framework aims to link classroom programs to real world learning opportunities and encourages our students to take action in response to what they have learned. Our students have the opportunity to be involved in numerous extra curricular activities including: instrumental music, choirs, interschool sport and opti minds.

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Develop the quality of inclusive teaching and learning practices to ensure equitable access to curriculum through co-planning and co-teaching.
- Provide educational leadership on inclusive school reform through the development of an inclusive culture, policies and practices.
- Build capability of multidisciplinary teams to plan differentiated and personalised learning through a whole school approach to support student learning.
- Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders through effective case and complex case management processes.
- Lead a team of seven inclusion teachers.
- Work collaboratively with the school leadership team to improve outcomes for all students.
