We are currently seeking a casual professional who can work efficiently in a small team to join our very busy and dynamic podiatry clinic. This is a hands on position and does not involve sitting at a desk all day. You must be a can do person, and must be able to multi task.

Practice management would be highly regarded.

**Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Opening and closing business
- Meet and greet patients
- Data entry
- Invoicing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Electronic management of patient and podiatrist appointments
- Sterilisation of instruments
- Patient billing using HICAPS, EFTPOS, DVA and Medicare
- Cleaning of clinic and office
- Stock control

**Position Requirements**
- Pleasant disposition and phone manner
- Clean and tidy presentation
- Problem solver
- Highly organised
- Ability to follow systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work-ethic, must be reliable and punctual
- Multi-tasker
- Previous medical receptionist or accounts clerk experience of two years or more would be highly desirable
- Experience with Net Podiatry software would be highly desirable
- PRODA experience desirable
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word
- Current Police Check required
- Available Monday/Tuesday at the Noosaville podiatry clinic between 8am to 5.30pm and Thursday/Friday at the Cooroy podiatry clinic. The position is for 3-4 days per week.
