Identity and Access Management Support Officer

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Perform standard IAM tasks including maintenance of relevant records and documentation.
- Receive and respond to routine requests for IAM support, providing timely support to clients by conducting thorough investigation and diagnosis of incidents and providing remedial action to ensure agreed service levels are maintained.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of IAM issues in accordance with established procedures.
- Document incident and event information and contribute to the production of incident, exception and management reports.
- Provide enhanced support, log incidents, problem requests, log changes and question related to the IAM platform and provide an escalation path for third level staff.
- Contribute to maintaining and supporting IAM Solution, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively through monitoring service and tools.
