We are currently seeking an enthusiastic **Machine Operator (SMT) **to join our production team based in **Balcatta (Perth, Northern Suburbs)**.

**Accountabilities will include the following;**
- Set up and run production batches on a Printed Circuit Board pick and place machine (equivalent to a CNC machine).
- Ensure Printed Circuit Boards adhere to the required Quality Standards.
- Meet daily production targets and assist in the scheduling of production.
- Maintain inventory accuracy of components.
- Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of the machine.
- Maintain production and quality records.

**Essential Skills / Experience**:

- Aptitude and experience in running a machine in a production environment.
- Ability to follow and carry out quality control inspection.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously and set priorities.

**Desirable Skills / Experience**:

- Knowledge of Electronic Components.
- Experience of working with ERP (Business Central).
- Knowledge of production scheduling and procedures.
- Experience in continuous improvement techniques.
