As a **Property Risk and Compliance Assessor** in our Environment team, you’ll address Australia’s biggest challenges, enhancing both built and natural environments. This role involves preserving resources, ensuring safety, and building future-ready infrastructure for thriving communities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Undertake compliance and risk assessments and gap analyses for a diverse range of properties, identifying areas of non-compliance and recommending effective remediation strategies in areas such as confined spaces, hazardous materials, hazardous chemicals, fire safety, traffic management, environmental management and contractor management.
- Collaborate with clients to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and serve as a trusted advisor in optimising property management processes.
- Stay abreast of evolving compliance regulations and trends within the property industry to provide proactive recommendations and anticipate potential challenges.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience;
- Experience (1-5 years) in property risk and compliance assessments/health & safety, some of which should ideally be in a consulting or advisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
