We’re excited by the fact our team is continuing to expand. And, as we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a high motivated People & Culture Coordinator.

As our People & Culture Co-ordinator, you will report through to our Head of People & Culture and be responsible for managing touchpoints across the full employee lifecycle. You'll support over 300 employees and work on projects ranging from onboarding to producing amendment letters and employment contracts, offboarding, and managing our HRIS (Bamboo HR). You'll work closely with our awesome People & Culture team.

**As our People & Culture Co-ordinator, here's what you'll be doing**:

- Be the superhero of daily admin tasks, working closely with the P&C team to keep things running smoothly.
- Join in on the fun as you help organise and coordinate engaging events that foster team spirit and build a positive work culture.
- Get ready to bring your creativity and energy to the table as you help to drive innovation and progress in exciting new projects.
- You'll be the mastermind behind managing and organising employee data

- Ideally, you love all things tech-related, but don't worry if you're not an expert (yet)
- You're the kind of person who can adapt to new systems and processes with ease, and even come up with ideas to improve them
- You're a true team player who loves collaborating with others, but you're also capable of working independently.
- With a passion for learning, you're always seeking out new knowledge and ideas to improve your skills.
- You've got P&C and TA systems knowledge
- You have excellent time management and organisational skills, making you the champion of efficiency

This role is hybrid, which can be a combination of working from home and at our vibrant head office in Coburg and is a full-time permanent position.

Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
