Maintenance Gardener

**About the Role**:
We're in search of a seasoned maintenance gardener to oversee the maintenance of beautiful residential gardens to an exceptional standard.
- Duties will include various general garden maintenance tasks like mowing, weeding, mulching, hedging, irrigation repairs, and identifying and controlling pests and diseases.

**About You**:

- Certificate II in Horticulture (highly regarded)
- Prior experience in the same or a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in ALL areas of gardening (including plant knowledge)
- Experience in residential garden maintenance
- Pest and disease management and irrigation knowledge is essential
- Valid driver’s license with manual driving capability
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering a supportive team dynamic
- Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and contributing to a positive company culture
- Punctual and reliable, with friendly communication skills

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week

Schedule:
