About the Role:


We're in search of a seasoned maintenance gardener to oversee the maintenance of beautiful residential gardens to an exceptional standard.


  • Duties will include various general garden maintenance tasks like mowing, weeding, mulching, hedging, irrigation repairs, and identifying and controlling pests and diseases.

About You:

  • Certificate II in Horticulture (highly regarded)
  • Prior experience in the same or a similar role with demonstrated knowledge in ALL areas of gardening (including plant knowledge)
  • Experience in residential garden maintenance
  • Pest and disease management and irrigation knowledge is essential
  • Valid driver's license with manual driving capability
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, fostering a supportive team dynamic
  • Collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and contributing to a positive company culture
  • Punctual and reliable, with friendly communication skills
