MAYDAY Recruitment is searching for an experienced
**Ecommerce Fulfilment Project Lead**. You will join a highly established and fast-growing e-commerce business that is a global brand and household name.

You will be managing and overseeing the program in collaboration with the key fulfilment partner. This role is crucial in driving growth and optimising operations, ensuring exceptional experiences for both sellers and customers on the e-platform.

**Main responsibilities include**:
The purpose of this position it to manage operations with the external fulfilment provider, acquire new sellers that would like to utilise the fulfilment offering. The fulfilment program would manage the stock and order processing of partnered sellers minimising their time spent focussing on order fulfilment.

Duties include:

- Establish strong partnership with the fulfilment partner, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring effective communication and collaboration
- Lead and support seller acquisition, business development, and negotiation efforts to drive growth in sales and transaction volumes
- Serve as the company's representative during negotiations and discussions with the fulfilment partner and sellers
- Ensure the fulfilment program meets service level agreements and optimise express parcel delivery.
- Manage and oversee small-scale sub-projects
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address concerns and maintain smooth program operations
- Utilise your expertise of e-commerce platforms to implement best practices and enhance the fulfilment program
- 2-5 years of experience in an online marketplace or e-commerce platform
- Proficient in project management, program coordination, and meeting service level agreements
- Familiarity with e-commerce fulfilment and logistics processes
- Fluency in Mandarin would be advantageous but not essential
- Collaborative, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sub-projects
