Cluch is seeking a new full-time social media coordinator to join our team This is an exciting role that will see you working across a variety of digital platforms to help coordinate and create content for our brand and partners. Your day-to-day will include planning, implementing and monitoring Cluch's social media strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and drive sales.

To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering on-brand campaigns, bring new creative ideas to the table, be up-to-date on the latest trends & show amazing attention to detail. You will report to the marketing director and work closely with the rest of our tight-knit team (we have a great collaborative environment here at Cluch) You'll predominantly be working across social media platforms, but also creating content on Canva, Photoshop and video-editing software when needed. We're always looking for creative ways to collaborate with our partners on social media and effectively increase brand reach, which you'll be leading communication and coordination for

**Requirements**:

- Experience in social media management, including creating content, copywriting, posting & scheduling and content insights & analysis
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video and photo content
- Strong writing skills to create effective and poignant copy for various social media platforms
- Creative eye for trends and design opportunities across digital platforms
- Maintain a unified brand voice across different social media channels - we want to establish Cluch as a household name
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or evenings when attending live events/media days
- Basic understanding of design, layout and spacing, with a strong eye for visual composition
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism

**Preferred skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, graphic design or a related field
- A passion or interest in top-tier social media and digital content, as well as all-things-sport

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
