Deckhand/cruise Attendant

Port Phillip Ferries is changing the way Victorians travel. Our passenger ferry services cruise from Portarlington and Geelong to Victoria Harbour in Docklands.

Operating every day of the year, the service is enjoyed by daily commuters and travellers who wish to access the coast or the city with ease and the best views going around.

This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of our exciting ferry service, whilst expanding your experience in the Port Phillip Bay area.

**The Role**:
These roles commence from either Geelong or Portarlington and include long days.

**The role will involve**:

- Excellent Customer Service
- Working as part of a close team to ensure all Deck Duties are completed on a daily basis
- Duties as directed by Master
- Cash & Ticket Handling
- Assisting in Cafe operations
- Working as part of a Monday to Sunday rotational roster
- Cleaning duties

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Minimum Elements of Shipboard Safety or STCW 95

(if you don't currently hold an ESS or STCW but are interested in obtaining - please specify in your cover letter)
- Senior First Aid
- Advanced Resuscitation
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
