**About the role**

The Manager Operations Hunter Valley Hotel Academy (HVHA) is responsible for providing quality student accommodation and pastoral care, developing initiatives, implementing, and monitoring business operations systems that contribute to the sustainability and success of HVHA. The role will ensure delivery of high-quality products and services to meet client’s needs.

**About You**

You will have demonstrated knowledge and experience in a hospitality and event management environment covering all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, ‘front of house’ & ‘back of house’ operations including accommodation services.

You will have the proven ability to strategically manage a range of staff, financial, facilities and resource operations of a large-scale hospitality facility utilising hotel management software. You will be able to problem solve a range of issues that arise day to day, in line with TAFE NSW values.

You will have a passion to deliver a high quality of customer service to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, government bodies and community groups.
