They are seeking a dedicated Routines Officer to join their fun and friendly team on a temp basis

Enjoy being out on the road and client-facing? This role is suitable for an Assistant Property Manager or a Property Manager looking to take a step back.

**The Role**:
As a Routines Officer your duties will consist of, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling routine inspections
- Issuing entry notices
- Conducting thorough routine inspections, taking photos and writing detailed comments
- Ensuring that the properties are kept up to satisfactory standard
- Compiling reports and sending to landlords
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Adhoc administration
- Assisting the Property Management department as required
- A QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
- You must have a current driver's license
- You must possess a strong work ethic
- You must have good energy & drive to succeed
- You must be well presented
- Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
