**The Company**
As a growing, dynamic company in the public sector industry, the organisation is seeking an Administration Assistant to join the Brisbane team in a 6 month temporary role.
**The Role**
Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as an Administration Assistant with key responsibilities including:
- Ensure roster information is accurate and maintained.
- Reschedule changes for shift coverage.
- Ensure shift requests are approved within certain parameters of participant's plans.
- Reconcile time sheets to approved rosters.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Roster Clerk. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
