**Woods & Co Recruitment **are looking for a Media Planner to join one of Australia’s largest independent full-service agencies, with strategic alignment to the performance and digital team, whilst also being parallel with the creative department.

If you love strategy and planning ‘traditional’ or offline media, while also connecting the creative that brings your strategies to life, this role is for you.

**What Do You Do?**
- Prepare material for media campaigns, publicity programs and internal information campaigns
- Prepare media releases, speaking notes, talking points, and briefing material that will assist clients to fulfil their media commitments
- Develop communication material for various audiences, including social media, communication and stakeholder products
- Monitor and report on the implementation of strategic communication initiatives
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver results and effectively manage workloads with mínimal supervision
- Cultivate successful internal and external relationships, while positively contributing to ongoing business growth strategies

**What Do You Need?**
- A minimum of 3 years of agency PR experience
- Strong media relationships in Australia and preferably with New Zealand media
- Concise, clear, and sincere written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proactively
- Mac OSX and Microsoft Office
- Undergraduate Degree in Public Relations/Media and Communications/Journalism
