**What do you do?**
- Offering strategic HR consultancy
- Providing valuable advice across the business
- Collaborating with leaders & managers to implement people-oriented processes
- Manage own specific HR projects
- Prepare letters of offer and relevant employment documents
- Assist with recruitment and learning & development
- Building on company policies, procedures, agreements & other requirements
- Implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Onboarding & Offboarding

**What do you need?**
- Proven 3-5 Year’s experience within HR Advisory
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation & compliance frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for coaching, influencing, & managing others effectively
- Demonstrated ability to understand, support, & collaborate with various areas, levels, and functions
- Ability to work within a team & autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
