**Woods & Co** have partnered with one of Australia's leading Automotive dealerships who are seeking a HR Business Partner to collaborate with the managers and the wider HR team.

The company cultivates a vibrant and activity filled work environment and now, they eagerly await the arrival of a new team member who will own the HR space at their biggest dealership. **What do you do?**
- Offering strategic HR consultancy to managers
- Providing valuable advice across the business
- Collaborating with leaders & managers to implement people-oriented processes
- Manage own specific HR projects
- Prepare letters of offer and relevant employment documents
- Assist with learning & development
- Building on company policies, procedures, agreements & other requirements
- Implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Onboarding & Off-boarding

**What do you need?**
- Proven 4-5 Year’s experience within HR generalist Advisory
- In-depth knowledge of Australia employment legislation & compliance frameworks
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for coaching, influencing, & managing others effectively
- Demonstrated ability to understand, support, & collaborate with various areas, levels, and functions
- Ability to work within a team & autonomously
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
