**About the role**

Reporting into the Founder and Head of Innovation this role will be looking to bring in new ideas to continue the growth of the business looking at the full process from initial idea to production.

**Duties**
- Bring new ideas to the table based on customer needs and ingredients innovation
- Ensure that we continue to delight our customers with choice, innovation, quality, and value
- Formulate product from concept development to execution
- Identify emerging trends in ingredients, products & packaging through research and engagement with customers and suppliers
- Development of internal guidelines & documentation, including training of sales reps & quality control
- Manage team of 3 members

**Skills & Experience**
- Background in food tech
- Strong Project Management experience
- Demonstrated experience in launching a product
- Understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
