The NPD Commercialisation Manager supports, develops and executes the launches of a market leading pipeline of products across all beverage alcohol categories that supports our innovation fueled growth agenda.

Your key objective is to commercialise Innovation projects to help deliver on CUB's portfolio strategy by partnering with a number of stakeholders across multiple functions.

You will be responsible for building the forecast, customer engagement plan and building the relevant launch plan to sell in that links back to our category growth strategy, as well as monitor and manage the performance after launch.

This is a fixed-term, 12-month role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the voice of Customer through gate process
  • Lead NPD forecasting, link to category strategy & customer strategy working closely with sales team to ensure full accountability of Gate targets
  • Leads sales & customer NPD engagement working with innovation & category in preparation for range reviews
  • Performance evaluation and measurement of all new projects, generating learnings for improvement and inform future innovation
  • Accountability post launch to lead commercial team to course correct any assumptions & provide first 13wk review of agreed priority launches
  • Share the progress and results of all plans, projects and activity and recommend pivots and/or changes where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement around commercialisation processes

About you

  • Extensive experience in brand management, sales, category, innovation or related field.
  • Consumer goods industry experience essential; cross industry experience preferred; exposure to innovation and sales ideal
  • Cross functional experience (Sales, Marketing, Finance)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to share learning and motivate/influence others
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills and recommendations for action.
  • High degree of accountability and follow through
  • Data Analytics highly desired.
