**About Binance Accelerator Program**

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds’ leading blockchain ecosystem. Alongside your job, there will also be a focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career.

**Who may apply**

Current university students and recent graduates

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support such as data entry, documentation, and e-filing.
- Assist with generating simple statistics for internal and external HR data requests.
- Support new cases for onboarding /offboarding process, documentation, and other data updating in related work, always improving employee onboarding experience.
- Assist in the collation and editing of employment letters and required documents.
- Follow HR SSC workflow to support the data record and control to improve employee experience.
- Work with HR Ops members to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
- Work on other ad hoc matters as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Sense of confidentiality and compliance.
- Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Able to effectively communicate with stakeholders with strong communication skills in building and sustaining work relationships.
- Patient and sensitive to data.
- With experience in SuccessFactors HCM would be advantageous.
- Team player and quick learner.
