We are seeking an experienced and maintenance-focused Yacht Captain for a 105' Mangusta, primarily based on the Gold Coast but spending June to October in Airlie Beach.

**Key Details**:

- **Vessel Type**: Private 105' Mangusta
- **Location**: Gold Coast-based with seasonal trips to Airlie Beach (June-October)
- **Schedule**:

- **Gold Coast**: Mainly day trips, occasional weekends, or 4-day trips (Sunday to Thursday).
- **Airlie Beach**: Monday to Friday work schedule, 4 weeks on, 1 week off (with return airfares to/from Brisbane included).

**Role Requirements**:

- Strong focus on vessel maintenance and upkeep.
- Ability to mentor and train the stewardess as she works towards her license.
- Willingness to assist the stewardess with her duties as needed.

- Yacht Captain: 5 years (preferred)
