Conphone Pty Ltd t/a Casphone has been serving customers all around Queensland for more than 12 years. We offer IT services such as the repair of mobile phones, tablets and laptops, a wide range of IT maintenance packages to support business needs; and resale of electronic devices such as desktops, laptops, mobile phones and iPad’s.

As customers repairs demands are increasing, we are now looking for an experienced Hardware Technician to provide support for deployment and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems of hardware in Toowoomba.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Trade qualified
- At least 3 years work experience as a Hardware Technician
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Installing, configuring, and testing hardware systems
- Hardware troubleshooting and repairs
- Repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printer, and modems
- Finding solutions to customer problems and answering queries
- Building new computer desktop systems
- In person customer service for both device repairs and sales
- Providing technician support by telephone and remote
- iPhone & iPad repairs (training available)
- Preparing reports or job notes/invoices

**Salary**: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum plus super

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
