ICT Systems Product Manager - RFQ-ASD-95-2023 - SOW 3 - Rereleased

The ICT Systems Product Manager will work within Enterprise Technology System Program Office (ETSPO) and manage selected capabilities that range from bespoke software to ICT infrastructure.

The ICT Systems Product Manager will typically, but not exclusively, manage the development, enhancement, sustainment and implementation of enterprise wide capabilities to meet evolving customer needs.

The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 5.

**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) is the federal agency responsible for foreign signals intelligence, cyber warfare and information security. ASD's purpose is to defend Australia from global threats and help advance our national interests.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for leading the planning, management and delivery of new capability and system enhancements, including supporting documentation.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to design and deliver against the product roadmap and sustainment activities.
- Influence the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures, including contract and relationship management.
- Codification and Transfer of knowledge relating to activities of work undertaken under this contract to Commonwealth Officers through development of Standard Operating Procedures relevant to ASD and ETSPO technical management of ICT Systems.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- Product Management Certification (e.g. SCRUM Product Manager or AIPMM) desirable
- Understanding of Defence Capability Life Cycle. Primarily in regards to the in-service phase.
- Australian Citizenship and a TSPV security clearance is essential.
