**About the Opportunity**

In 2024 Monash Health will offer a limited amount of part time HMO General Positions. The positions are located at Psychiatry, Dandenong Hospital and Casey Hospital Emergency Department. The successful applicants will be offered a 0.5EFT contract (38 hours per fortnight).

**About the General Program**

The General Stream incorporates a large variety of rotations, including Emergency Medicine, General Medicine, Paediatrics and many other Medical Specialty & Surgical rotations. You can access Paediatric rotations in a ward setting, in the Paediatric Emergency or in either of our other two emergency departments - both accredited for Paediatrics for GP training.

Our dedicated General Stream Manager advocates and supports our Junior Doctors who in turn deliver exceptional care and outstanding outcomes for our patients. **What you need**:

- Must hold or be eligible for AHPRA Medical Registration
- Applicants must meet a minimum AHPRA Supervision level of 2 to be considered for this role
- Be eligible to hold a Victorian Employee Working with Children's Check
- Primary Medical Degree - MBBS
- Previous experience and completion of Intern
