An exciting management opportunity has opened up for a hospitality superstar at Madocke Beer Brewing Co. based in Ashmore.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on, hospitality professional to build and grow our team. You must have experience working at a brewery or bar, work well in a team environment, be amazing with customers and have a can-do positive attitude

About the role:

- Managing the taproom ensuring smooth flow of service including weekly events and functions.
- Liaising with potential bookings to secure events and functions.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Planning and organising taproom events for holidays etc.
- Organising rosters for bar staff.
- Ordering stock.
- No late finishes Latest closing time 10pm.

Successful applicants will have:

- Extensive beer knowledge.
- Minimum 3 years front of house / bartending experience.
- Experience in working in a brewery (preferred but not necessary).
- Experience managing a bar / venue (preferred but not necessary).
- Valid RSA certificate.
- Be available from Thursday - Sunday.
- Have full Australian working rights.
