Construction Manager

**The opportunity/role**:
Be part of a design and construct company that specialises in delivering hospitality fit out projects across Queensland and NSW.

Join as a Construction Manager who embraces the experience of creating commercial hospitality spaces from start to finish, you will have the opportunity to challenge yourself and execute exciting and unique projects.

Working closely with the GM and the owner as well as working with our in-house drafting, manufacturing, installation, equipment and projects divisions you are limited only by your imagination.

Working and overseeing project management and site areas of the business providing advice to areas on construction practices and regulatory requirements for our industry

This is a full-time position offering $120K - $180K + Super, negotiable depending on your experience. With a $5K signing bonus after the probationary period.

The company are also experts in manufacturing for their hospitality clients, mainly gaming bases, bars, custom furniture, joinery and more.

**Duties and requirements**
- At least 5 years working experience as a Construction Manager or any related roles
- Understanding of Building codes, compliance, reading plans and engineering drawings, joinery and fitout including stainless steel
- Proven track record in the fit out commercial space
- Excellent resource management skills
- Leadership and management skills
- Be able to liaise with clients, attend meetings, understand client briefs and undertake design presentations to MD & clients
- Understanding of construction practices, Australian Standards and building regulations
