At Housekept, we are a boutique cleaning company that clean everything from AirBnbs to support homes for the disabled, as well as residential and office spaces. We’re looking for someone who understands that each type of cleaning job has its own unique needs. Whether it’s making an Airbnb look perfect for the next guest or being flexible and understanding while cleaning a support home, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver the best service possible.

We’re looking for someone to join our team on a casual basis, with the opportunity for more hours as our business grows.

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Airbnb Cleaning**: Prepare properties for incoming guests by ensuring everything is spotless and perfectly presented.
- **Support Home Cleaning**: Clean homes for people with disabilities, being mindful of their specific needs and maintaining a flexible approach.
- **Residential & Office Cleaning**: Perform regular cleaning tasks like dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing to keep homes and offices looking great.
- Adapt to different cleaning environments and adjust your approach as needed.
- Follow our company standards to ensure a consistent level of quality across all jobs.
- Report any issues or maintenance needs you notice during your cleaning.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in cleaning is preferred, especially in any of the areas we focus on (AirBnbs, support homes, residential/office), but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Reliability—our customers rely on us to be there when we say we will.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An understanding that different jobs require different approaches—and a willingness to learn our way of doing things.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on the job.
- Reliable transportation to get to various job sites.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Experience**:
