**The Client**:
Our client has been in operation since 1999 and provides quality fabrications to their customers.

They are a small to medium enterprise in Sydney’s Western Suburbs specializing in general engineering, fabrication, sheet metal work, steel processing, and specialist welding.

They service original equipment manufacturers, maintenance service providers, contractors, and asset owners in the mining, railway, industrial, commercial, hospitality, food, residential, and building industries.

The company’s scope of work ranges from major quoted projects to one-off jobbing work.

**Duties**:

- Workshop-based general fabrication of base frames, skids, tanks, and some structural work.
- 38-hour week: Mon-Thurs 7.00 am to 3.30 pm and Fri 7.00 am to 1.30 pm

**Essential requirements**:

- Boilermakers: trade qualified and able to pass an AS1554.1 weld test
- Trade Certificate in Engineering Fabrication or Equivalent
- Excellent reading comprehension to interpret drawings and sketches
- Commitment to producing high-quality products in line with time allowances
- Strong commitment to safety
- Self-motivated with an exceptional work ethic
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Punctual and reliable
- Fit and healthy
- Proof of Right to work in Australia
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical Drug and Alcohol Screen
