**About the Role**

The Marketing Manager is charged with the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategic plan which aligns with the educational philosophy and direction of Oakleigh Grammar. The Marketing Team is a small but mighty service centre, working closely with the Leadership Team, educators, admissions, students, Parents Association, alumni and media. The team is responsible for everything from video production, advertising and communications, to publications, social media and everything in between.

**Responsibilities**

The Marketing Manager Position Requires:

- an outstanding marketing leader with exceptional strategic and operational skills;
- an excellent communicator who fosters community and builds stakeholder capacity;
- an ability to engage and inspire staff, students and parents;
- experience in monitoring competitor market activity;
- a passionate, hands on approach;
- relevant qualifications in marketing and / or communications;
- a current Working With Children Check for employees.

Desirable but not Essential:

- Education sector experience
- Journalism skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Enquiry Tracker, Digistorm, HubSpot).

**Commencement**

This is a fixed term full-time position (1.0 FTE) with an indicative commencement date of 25 March 2024
